Pixelmetrix has made it easier for owners of its DVStation preventive monitoring platform to stay informed and up-to-date of the status of critical operations with the addition of instant messaging to the system.
With the IM Alarm plug-in installed, DVStation users can configure their monitoring systems to send an instant message upon detecting any user-defined alarm condition, including RF problems, transport stream issues or even loss of subtitles or incorrect language codes.
