Mobile broadcasting company castLabs will deliver an integrated DRM and smart card profile solution to operate at MEDIA BROADCAST, an international broadcast service provider that holds Austria’s DVB-H license. A fully OMA BCAST-compliant service delivery platform, castLab’s DVB-H service launch is slated for this month, only three months into its collaboration with MEDIA BROADCAST.

The castLab solution will initiate Austria’s nationwide DVB-H broadcasting network, supplying all EURO 2008 venues at its outset and pushing out 15 domestic and international TV programs and five domestic radio programs at digital quality on most Austrians’ mobile devices.
