The FCC made a special effort last weekend to assist residents of the Wilmington, NC, area to prepare for the city’s early transition to DTV.
Saturday, May 31, marked the 100-day point until the commercial broadcasters serving Wilmington, including WWAY, WSFX-TV, WECT, WILM-LP and W51CW, discontinue analog transmission and launch maximized digital service.
