Just exactly when the Czech Telecommunications Office (CTU) will put out a tender for mobile TV license applications is still to be announced, but it will happen as soon as the planned digital TV broadcasting launch, somewhere about the third quarter of this year, according to CTU Chairman Pavel Dvorak.
