Bridge Technologies to unveil VideoBRIDGE DVB-2, S2 monitoring module
Apr 2, 2009 2:04 PM
The VB270's QPSK capabilities include DiSEqC 2.x compliance and SNR and BER monitoring.
Bridge Technologies will introduce the VB270 VideoBRIDGE module for monitoring and analysis of satellite signals with both DVB-S and DVB-S2 demodulation at the NAB Show, April 20-23, in Las Vegas.
The VB270 complements the capabilities of the VB250 for DVB-T networks and the VB260 for cable networks to provide monitoring for any configuration of hybrid broadcasting network.
Up to two VB270s can be supported in a single chassis by the VB220 and VB120 IP-Probes for ETSI TR101 290-based monitoring and alarm in satellite-based distribution networks. The VB270's QPSK capabilities include DiSEqC 2.x compliance, SNR and BER monitoring, analog RF carrier signal-level measurements, built-in general purpose alarm relay and configurable round-robin transponder testing.
