Harris will demonstrate a master control center that uses its interoperable capabilities to prepare content for playout to any of the growing number of distribution platforms at the NAB Show in Las Vegas April 20-23.

The Harris master control demonstration will feature a Harris NEXIO AMP advanced media platform providing broadcast video feeds to the IconMaster master control switcher, CENTRIO multi-image processor, Platinum routing switcher and ADC automation platform. The five systems work together to simplify workflow in multichannel situations and for automated and manual control.

The IconMaster v3.0 is an SD/HD-ready master control switcher and branding system that enables control of Harris CENTRIO multiviewers and Platinum routers over Ethernet. With the CENTRIO multiviewer's integrated, user-defined monitoring capabilities, operators no longer have to scan multiple monitors for problems and can focus their energies on critical decision-making and prompt service restoration. And as part of the integrated control room environment, the ADC automation platform provides integrated playlist management and simplifies and streamlines device control.
