Swedish service provider Unicorn is using Mirial’s PSE Media Server and PSE 3G to enable its operator customers to offer premium video services to 3G subscribers.

Unicorn has integrated the products into its Unicorn Video Portal Architecture (UVPA) and has already released it to customers.

The PSE Media Server is a carrier-grade, comprehensive platform for the deployment of VoiceXML audio/video interactive applications in IMS, SIP, H.323 and H.324M networks. It features native and optimized support for low bandwidth in 3G networks — environments to which its reach can be extended when combined with the Mirial PSE 3G Gateway.
