The RES-INGENIUM LDU671C is a high-linearity pallet amplifier designed specifically for HDTV broadcasters and features the MRF6VP3450H LDMOS transistor from Freescale Semiconductor. This Class AB amplifier will typically deliver a robust 150W average HDTV power (more than 650W PEP), with 40 percent drain efficiency, and shoulders (+/- 4.2MHz) at -32dBc. The combination of high-efficiency, high-linearity, ample gain and reduced physical size allows the broadcaster to reduce annual energy consumption, decrease overall transmitter costs and increase reliability. Gain flatness is typically +/- 0.75dB.
