TeamCast’s FLO modulators

TeamCast’s FLO modulators meet the requirements of the Forward Link Only (FLO) interface standard.

QUALCOMM has licensed its FLO modulator software to TeamCast, allowing the latter to accelerate development of FLO-compliant modulators for mobile TV transmissions that can then be integrated into third-party transmitter equipment.

TeamCast has already developed two new products in its ModulCast family of modulators that meet the requirements of the Forward Link Only (FLO) air interface standard, the MFL-1000 and MFL-2000. The modulators integrate the field-programmable gate array (FPGA) software in order to allow third-party manufacturers to develop FLO-compliant transmission equipment.
