DELIVERABLES
1) HTML file formatted and ready to deply.
HTML Guidelines:
Recommendations are that the image be 600 pixels wide, the maximum width is 800.
The HTML file must be no larger than 100k.
Graphics must be hosted on your site. Be sure to include the full path to the graphics within the img src tag.
Avoid using any value except for "0" in your cellspacing. Use cellpadding instead.
No background images may be used in the tables or table cells. Most E-mail clients do not render background images so we do not accept them.
You may want to include a plain text version for those who have their E-mail default to text instead of html.
2) Subject Line for the Message:
50 characters max suggested.
3) E-mail Addresses:
Those you would like to have receive the test for approval.
Those you would like to have as a part of the seed list when the E-mail blasts.
4) A Suppression File:
Opt-out E-mail addresses in excel format.CAN SPAM compliance requires a suppression file or indemnification letter to be on file before we can deploy a message on your behalf. You can view Penton's Privacy Statement here. (Note: please request an Indemnification letter to fill out and return should you not have a suppression file to send.)
5) Materials Due:
Deliverables are due in full 3 business days prior to blast date. Please E-mail to angie.gates@penton.com.
