NVISION names two new staff members for product development and customer support

NVISION has appointed two new members of staff responsible for overseeing product development and customer liaison.

John Cosenza joins the company as product development manager, Modular Products, while Ray Bryan has been hired as customer service/support manager. Cosenza will spearhead marketing and development of the new Synapse product line, in addition to the large list of NVISION modular products.

As customer service/support manager, Bryan will lead the firm's customer service and sales support team.

Euphonix promotes Russell Waite to EVP
Euphonix has named Russell Waite to the position of executive vice president of worldwide sales. Waite, who previously held the position of VP of international sales based at the company’s London office, will now be based at its headquarters in Palo Alto, CA. He will report to the CEO Jeffrey Chew.

In his new position, Waite will oversee Euphonix’s sales teams throughout the world.

Lawo to provide audio services for 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany
Host Broadcast Services Consulting (HBS) has appointed Lawo to provide audio services for the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany. The event will be covered from 12 German stadiums to the master control room at the International Broadcast Centre (IBC) in Munich.

HBS is responsible for the host broadcast operations and technical broadcast infrastructure for the event. All personnel will be equipped with DALLIS I/O systems and one routing system Nova73 HD, which performs the transmission via ATM to IBC. Lawo will also install two of its mc²66 audio consoles in the IBC for mixing the delivered signals and providing surround productions for the world feeds.


Solid State Logic’s C Series digital production console debuts in the Middle East
Lebanese Broadcasting (LBCI and LBC SAT) has become the first broadcaster in the Middle East to purchase a Solid State Logic C Series digital production console.

LBC has installed a C100 digital broadcast console with two GSB stage boxes in its main studios in Adma.
