Sound Image acquires dB Sound

Sound Image has acquired significant shares of dB Sound.
The newly merged company will operate out of Chicago, under the name db Sound Image.
Dave Shadoan, president of Sound Image, will serve as head of the company. Harry Witz, president of dB Sound, will act as CEO. Sound Image founding partner/COO Ross Ritts and CFO Ralph Wagner will also remain with the company.
The consolidated company also has U.S. operations in Nashville, TN, and Phoenix, and branded franchise partners in Australia, Japan and Germany.
