Klipsch in-ear headset handles cellular calls, music

The Klipsch S2m smartphone headset switches from music to phone functionality at the touch of a button.
To address the problem of answering phone calls seamlessly while listening to digital music files on a smartphone, Klipsch is introducing the Image S2m in-ear headset. Compatible with virtually all phones that have a 3.5mm headphone jack, the Image S2m features an in-line microphone that lets users answer or end calls with the touch of a button. This button also allows track change and music play/pause. The Image S2m is compatible with the iPhone 3G S and a wide variety of smartphones with a mini-plug jack.
The Image S2m cables are robust as well as discreet, with strain relief at every cable connection point. Because many phones have side-mounted headphone jacks, the S2m employs a swiveling right-angled plug, allowing the phone fit comfortably in a pocket. The Image S2m uses Klipsch’s oval ear tips, which naturally fit the contours of the ear canals. The tips also offer good isolation from ambient noise while retaining the bass response lost through a poor seal. Three sizes are provided along with a cloth carrying pouch. Finished in piano black, the Klipsch Image S2m is scheduled for August availability.
