Effective Jan. 1, 2009, TransAudio Group will handle the U.S. and Canadian distribution for TUBE-TECH, a Denmark-based engineering and manufacturing firm with a 30-year history of building world-class tube compressors, equalizers and mic preamps. TransAudio Group will bring its core strength of business and personal relationships to bear for TUBE-TECH, increasing exposure and sales in the high-end markets of U.S. recording, mastering and touring sound.

In addition to signing with TransAudio Group, TUBE-TECH has taken other initiatives to strengthen its position in the United States. Notably, it has hired sales engineer Jesper Bo Nielsen, a top-level Danish recording engineer, to focus on supporting the U.S. market. The company is also implementing an Internet campaign to publicize TUBE-TECH applications with video and other media.
