Azden introduces compact, versatile four-channel field mixer

The FMX-42 portable stereo field mixer from Azden offers a full feature set in a rugged, lightweight design.
Azden has introduced the FMX-42, a lightweight, durable professional field mixer. Designed for maximum flexibility in field production applications, the FMX-42 is a four-in/two-out unit. Notable features include four balanced XLR line/mic inputs with individual level and pan controls and switchable (per input) 48V phantom power and limiting.
The FMX-42 also includes pro VU meters, a master level control, 1KHz tone generator, two balanced XLR outputs (line/mic switchable), a stereo mini jack output and headphone monitor with level control. Power is provided by either six AA batteries or an optional 12V power supply. A ballistic nylon case with clear plastic control panel protector is also included.
