Cobalt Digital unveils OPT-SW-LM loudness meter

Cobalt Digital has developed the OPT-SW-LM loudness meter to provide broadcasters with a flexible solution for ingest or on-air loudness metering and assessment.

With peak-level detection, error tracking and logging and an intuitive interface with touch-screen control, the OPT-SW-LM ensures thorough audio level and LKFS assessment information. The software is compliant with ATSC A/85 and ITU BS.1770.

The OPT-SW-LM software is compatible with Cobalt 9000 series audio cards in tandem with the Cobalt OGCP-9000 remote-control panel.
