Drawmer has introduced the Drawmer M-Clock Lite, a simple, high-quality master clock generator. A high-stability master clock generator is an essential requirement for quality digital recording, and M-Clock Lite offers a streamlined and future-proof solution that syncs a wide variety of clock rates with 2ppm accuracy.
M-Clock Lite is designed for those seeking high-precision word clocking without the complexity of features that are non-essential for most everyday applications. The unit incorporates an AES Grade 1 master clock generator with a long-term frequency accuracy of +/- 1ppm and offers forward compatibility with future high-speed clocks, supporting clock rates of 44.1, 48, 88.2, 96, 176.4, 192, 352.8 and 384kHz at extremely low jitter.
In addition to the internal precision word clock, an external clock input allows the user to select an alternative clock source without having to reroute clock cables. The Drawmer M-Clock Lite features 10-word clock outputs, eight at the rear plus two on the front panel, for easy access when the unit is rack-mounted.
