Meyer Sound has acquired LCS Audio.
LCS makes multichannel digital audio mixing, processing and electronic acoustic enhancement products.
John Meyer, president/CEO of Meyer Sound, said the company plans on leveraging LCS' technologies into Meyer products.
The companies plan to combine marketing and manufacturing capabilities. LCS will remain in its California and Canadian offices, and the company will continue to promote its LCS line of products.
