New officers announced for NSCA Education Foundation

Tom Frericks, NSCA Education Foundation new president

The NSCA Education Foundation has appointed Tom Frericks of Copp Systems Integrators its new president.

NSCA has appointed industry stalwart Tom Frericks the president of the National System Contractors Association’s (NSCA) Education Foundation. Frericks, owner of Copp Systems Integrators, is the former foundation VP and has also served on the NSCA Board of Directors.

“The foundation has made great strides the last couple of years and I’m honored to be a member,” Fericks said. “Looking ahead, I hope to focus on funding education programs that will benefit industry professionals. Further, I want to provide support and training for the next generation entering the commercial electronics systems industry.” 

In addition, the NSCA Education Foundation has elected a new slate of officers including VP Mitch Nollman of Bose and secretary/treasurer Maureen Pajerski of Rauland-Borg. Tony Price of Bosch Communications Systems will continue to serve as immediate past president.

The nine-member Education Foundation Board also includes: Ron Pusey, Communications Specialists of VA; George Serban, Serban Sound Systems; Scott Dhaenens, AMX; and honorary ex-officio members Claire Ford, Ford Audio-Video Systems; and Loyd Ivey, Mitek Corporate/Atlas Sound. The NSCA Education Foundation is a charitable organization that supports educational initiatives focused on the future growth and stability of the commercial electronic systems industry.
