Professional Audio Design (PAD) has formed Resolution Audio Electronics, a manufacturing subsidiary specializing in newly manufactured products.
The new products capture the sound of classic analog, discrete, Class-A designs.
The first product, the ResoPre-873, is 2RU device with eight channels of in and out, with an optional digital output card. It is based on the analog, discrete, Class-A mic pre-amp circuit and transformers that defined the classic sounds from the 70s and 80s.
