Riedel Communications will introduce the AIR and PRO series of headsets next month.
The Riedel AIR series is a lightweight headset that allows users to communicate with their immediate environment and simultaneously listen and speak via the headset. The DuPont Coolmax material used for the exchangeable ear cushions provides breathability and comfort. The 270-degree rotation of the microphone boom allows the microphone to be worn on either side. The headset uses a noise-compensating electret or dynamic microphone.
The Riedel PRO series was designed with beyerdynamic for digital intercom applications. It features a neodymium magnet system for accurate reproduction and balanced sound. The soft circumaural earcups provide excellent noise attenuation. The headset features either a hypercardioid dynamic microphone or a high-quality omnidirectional condenser microphone.
