Abu Dhabi Media Company chooses Harris ONE for new master control room

Abu Dhabi Media Company (ADMC) has commissioned Harris for the build-out of its new master control room and transmission facility in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. ADMC currently broadcasts to the worldwide Arab community via three satellite TV channels and seven radio stations.

The order includes the H-Class ADC playout automation system, controlling NEXIO AMP NX3601HDX media platforms for recording and playout, Platinum routers and Videotek TVM-950 HD/SD-SDI signal analyzers and VTM-4100 test and measurement consoles.

In addition to handling nine transmission channels at ADMC, the ADC playout automation system will also control the Platinum routers, master control switchers, logo generators, graphics and branding and other auxiliary devices.
