Spanish broadcaster Antena 3 has deployed Dalet’s Enterprise Edition media asset management system at its main operation in Madrid and two regional locations on the Canary Islands. Antena 3 uses the new Dalet system to create and air all news programs as well as sporting event highlights and magazine programs. Ingest, newsroom computer systems, desktop editing, scheduling and playout tools are fully integrated within the Dalet interoperable MAM framework.

The main location in Madrid houses more than 250 Dalet production seats with 20 satellite ingest stations managing a mix between XDCAM and P2 and six Dalet playout studios. The regional locations are equipped with 25 seats each including six ingest stations and two playout studios.
