Ascent to advice SABC on scheduling and asset management systems

The South African Broadcasting Corporation (SABC) has asked Ascent Media’s Consulting Services team to provide advice and input on the implementation of the broadcaster’s new channel scheduling and media asset management systems.
The first phase of the project saw a consulting team from Ascent Media providing the broadcaster with independent advice on technologies available on the market and their suitability for the broadcaster’s planned implementation.
Throughout this project, the consulting team at Ascent Media has been assisting SABC to reduce risk and enhance the quality of the media asset management solution that the company chose to invest in.
