Blue Order Solutions will showcase its range of solutions for broadcast and production environments at IBC2008. The company will demonstrate the latest release of its Media Archive 3.3 MAM system.

One of the new features is Media Archive’s content genealogy, which allows users to track a media object’s history throughout the production process.

Another new feature is essence search, which speed up the retrieval process. Users are now able to search for material with specific essence information (e.g. HD material only or specific aspect ratio). It also adds document management capabilities, so users can search for text in the essences. This allows users to, for example, attach script files in .TXT, .DOC, or .PDF formats and search assets depending on the text of the attached script file.
