The NFL’s Carolina Panthers football team has purchased and installed a range of Pro-Bel routing and router control technology for its PantherVision TV systems. The Panthers, based in Charlotte, NC, have completely renovated the control room converting it from analog to SD digital as well as making it upgradeable to HD. At the heart of the system is a 256 x 320 Pro-Bel Sirius Gold router, a Freeway RS422 and Aurora router control.
PantherVision is using two 31.5ft x 77ft Mitsubishi Diamond Vision screens, which support HD signal feeds.
