City 7 TV is bringing flyby graphics to Middle Eastern weather forecasts.
As Dubai swelters its way through another scorching summer, City 7 TV and Metra are outfitting the network’s weather forecasts with Metra’s flyby movies and Metroview city forecasts using Weatherscape CLIP.
With Weatherscape CLIP, Metra delivers custom-built shows as movies for television, mobile or Web for its clients. The shows are populated with the latest worldwide weather data, rendered and delivered to specification. Dubai residents will see computer-animated forecast clouds moving across the skyline and even see rain falling. A whole day’s worth of weather can be displayed in 10 seconds.
