Etere adds support for browsing XDCAM proxy files

XDCAM proxy files now are automatically held in the Etere system for browsing from ETERE Web. The XDCAM proxy supports professional discs recorded in HD and SD formats.
The XDCAM system provides both a flexible and practical archive solution. When high-resolution media is ingested into the XDCAM cart system, a low-resolution or proxy file is automatically generated, allowing for quick and easy browsing when supported by a suitable production system.
