On Demand Group (ODG), a subsidiary of SeaChange International, will manage a VOD service for TTNET, Turkey’s largest ISP. TTNET was the 13th largest ISP in the world as of 2007 year’s end and reached 4.9 million subscribers as of the first half 2008. The roll out of IPTV services to its customer base represents a key expansion to its service offering.
