OmniBus to preview iTX NEWS

OmniBus will preview the iTX NEWS system at NAB2008. This product provides a quick, flexible, responsive workflow for today's rapidly evolving, multiformat news environment. iTX NEWS includes media acquisition, asset tracking and logging tools, browse and Windows Media encoding for news streaming. Content can be acquired from a wide variety of sources — Avid, Final Cut Pro, live ingest, digital news delivery services and viewer-generated sources — and any mixture of formats can be combined in the same playlist.
iTX NEWS also includes iTX Edit, a multiformat editing solution tailored for news and sports applications, with the ability to take edits to air without prior rendering. EDLs can also be exported for craft editing if required.
