PlayBox to show multichannel ingest, news integration at IBC2008

At IBC2008, PlayBox Technologies will demonstrate the latest version of its CaptureBox ingest server. It is now available in multichannel configurations with record chunking, selectable compression, and date and time burn-in. Features include manual or scheduled recording and input options include analog, SDI, FireWire, ASI and UDP/LAN.
AirNews integrates PlayBox’s playout systems to the newsroom. PlayBox automation can import news rundowns from various newsroom control systems using MOS protocol and then run live bulletins.
