Bionic, a New York City-based audio, video and graphics post-production company, is using ScheduALL production and operations management to simplify and streamline scheduling of people, projects, edit suites and individual drives and pieces of equipment, as well as related billing activity. The software gives the growing company an intuitive platform to maximize the efficiency of its operations and the efficacy of future business development.

Bionic has customized its ScheduALL software to provide specific schematics for different users and to accommodate the three distinct departments — audio, video and graphics. The ScheduALL software provides people across the Bionic studio with different levels of access, making daily workflows transparent to staff and linking cost and revenue information to specific projects and departments.
