SGL’S FlashNet selected by SBS for Avid Interplay integration

Software Generation (SGL), a leading provider of content archive and storage management software for media and entertainment, has announced that SBS has selected SGL FlashNet as a core element in its data archive installation.

SBS, owned by ProSiebenSat1 Media AG, is using SGL FlashNet as part of the Avid Interplay nonlinear digital workflow system to control the backup and retrieval process of news and documentary material, which is stored within its archive.
