SGT has introduced VEDA — a suite of products for workflow automation and media content management. SGT systems were formerly based upon three main product lines that addressed transmission, media and traffic management.

As client needs have evolved toward workflow automation, media content management and new distribution channels, such as the Internet or mobile phones, SGT has responded by merging its three product lines into VEDA — a single, seamless and modular end-to-end software suite, based on a service-oriented architecture (SOA).

The VEDA components can be linked together to match the processes of any broadcaster or media company, from program management to publishing. VEDA products link SGT process step components to manage media and automate each client’s workflow, according to its business processes and technical environment. These services are installed and activated on demand.
