Studio Network Solutions’ (SNS) Ellipse Enterprise Fibre Channel HBA for Mac OS X has successfully completed interoperability testing with IBM System Storage DS4000. The Ellipse Enterprise HBA is now confirmed as IBM System Storage Proven under Mac OS X.

The IBM System Storage Proven program builds on IBM’s already extensive interoperability efforts to develop and deliver products and solutions that work together with third-party products. The Ellipse Enterprise HBA can be ordered in single-, dual- and quad-port configurations of PCIe or PCI-X. It is compatible with Intel- and PowerPC-based Mac servers and workstations.
