The Enterprise system has been expanded with advanced scheduling and sales modules. Tolo TV was launched in October 2004, becoming one of the first commercial TV stations to operate in Afghanistan. The network is part of the privately owned Moby Group, which is based in Kabul with offices in Dubai and Washington, D.C.
