TSL introduces intelligent mains distribution units

Intelligent power distribution from TSL allows for remote power switching.
TSL has added to its range of intelligent Power Management mains distribution units (MDUs). The new MDU12-PMi monitors the total current consumption, power factors and operating temperatures of all rack-mounted equipment, or for individual outlets, providing clear warnings if variables rise above or fall below fully programmable limits. All outputs can be switched remotely for an unmanned operation.
A separate MDU unit, targeted primarily at monitoring operations, is the MDU-12PAi, which provides all of the functionality of the PMi version but without its relay switching capabilities. All units can be administered with the Power Manager GUI that provides control for the input and output locations, SNMP alarms and the 16 general purpose interfaces.
