Vector 3 will demonstrate the latest version of VECTORBOX at IBC2008. Version 4.08 supports HD/SD operation with automatic SD/HD up/downscaling and simultaneous broadcasting in both formats. Other features include video streaming for broadcast or as a series of files to an external ISP as well as native support for IMX 30, 40 and 50 as well as MPEG-4.

New operational features include a split line function to interrupt programming with breaking news; groups of events can be managed as blocks in a schedule for easier insertion of publicity; and a FIFO gives back-to-back capture for time delay on incoming feeds.
