Ascent Media forms alliance with Salam Mediacast

Ascent Media Systems & Technology Services has formed a strategic alliance with Qatar-based systems integrator Salam Mediacast. Designed to bring a full range of consulting, systems integration and support services to the broadcast and media industry in the Middle East, the partnership will allow broadcasters, telcos and cable and satellite TV operators across the region to migrate easily to the latest next-generation solutions.

During the past 10 years, Salam Mediacast has worked with the region's major broadcasters including Al Jazeera, Emirates Media, MBC, Dubai TV, Ten Sports, Sharjah TV and others. Ascent Media established its presence in Dubai at the end of 2005.
