Compix now works with Digital Alert Systems
Compix has partnered with Digital Alert Systems (DAS) to provide broadcasters with a complete Emergency Alert System (EAS) solution. All Compix CG systems can be networked with the DASDEC EAS encoder/decoder products to support EAS messaging over multiple channels and with local and remote control over EAS messaging.
In the ever advancing world of media content delivery, MPEG over IP (MPEG/IP) has been gaining popularity for a number of reasons.
