RapidPlayX Supervisory View has been developed to meet the needs of operators in the multichannel environment, where operators have to monitor multiple playlists for multiple network feeds. Supervisory View prioritizes tasks in the order that they are needed.
From one screen, the operator can view multiple play-to-air channel status complete with visual notification of messages, warnings and operator intervention requests. Color-coded flashing indicator boxes notify the operator of errors. Operators can program the timing of alerts. These early indicators allow operators to quickly evaluate and address errors before they develop.
Supervisory View can be distributed to multiple screens around the broadcast facility, allowing additional personnel and/or departments to monitor the playlist and associated tasks, without the need for a dedicated operator.
RapidPlayX provides playlist monitoring and control, allowing facilities to create and load playlists, edit events, issue playlist commands and monitor event status. It also features an emergency-channel operating mode that facilitates join-in-progress applications. It simplifies rapid deployment of alternate schedules.
