Croatian broadcaster chooses Chyron for newsroom

Croatian broadcaster HRT is using a Chyron LEX system for its news graphics.
Croatia’s national broadcaster, HRT, has selected Chyron’s LEX graphics system as part of a newsroom upgrade project. HRT will begin using the LEX for lower-third graphics on its daily news shows and will expand to use the system’s full capabilities in the coming months. HRT is one of the biggest national broadcasters in Croatia with two terrestrial and one satellite channel. Owned by the state, HRT produces approximately 20 percent of its own content.
The LEX systems integrates with Avid iNews and Control Air while simplifying the workflow for the operators.
