The integration is deployed at The Press Association, the national news agency for the UK and Ireland, for efficient production and management of video packages that are distributed to affiliates via The Press Association's Web portal.
Video journalists in the field edit video using their laptops and upload finished packages to headquarters using a customized store-and-forward video hub application developed using Rhozet video transcoding technology. Because burdensome transcoding and publishing functions are handled behind the scenes, journalists can focus their attention on content rather than on repetitive tasks.
