New products from Eyeheight for NAB2007 include a master control switcher, keyer and safe area generator. The new Eyeheight playout compact SDI Master Control system is an SDI master control system in 1RU with an increased feature set and easy expansion. It is built around a flexible four-group A/B switcher with 16-channel audio.

keyEyesMDi is a high-quality downstream linear keyer for 1080i and 720p, 625 and 525 operations and incorporates all the facilities needed for generating matte overlays.

To check graphics positioning, the safeEyesMDi safe area generator supports 1080i and 720p HD as well as 625i PAL and 525i NTSC SD. The legalEyesMDi multidefinition legalizer accepts 1080i and 720p HD as well as 625i PAL and 525i NTSC SD. It enables program producers and editors to ensure that the level of their video signals remains within the strict tolerances required for HD and SD transmission to air and DVD mastering.
