FOR-A’s new FVW-500HS video writer can be used for sport, newcasts and weather.
FOR-A will showcase the FVW-500HS HD/SD video writer at the 2009 NAB Show. The perfect solution for illustrating a sports commentary, the FVW-500HS is also great for weather and news programs.
The FVW-500HS video writer (or telestrator) has a touch-screen monitor enabling users to draw and point with a finger over HD/SD-SDI video in real time. It has preprogrammed lines shapes, circles, arrows, spotlights, numeric icons and can also be used for freehand drawing. Properties like line thickness, color and edges can be altered with on-screen menus. In addition, it can display AVI animations and short movie clips. Users can import their own icons, animations and video clips.
