Sep 19, 2007 8:32 AM
Front Porch Digital introduced its DIVAnalyse system at IBC2007. This new product provides an automated analysis tool that can effectively, repeatedly and quickly examine the quality of content within the DIVArchive content storage management (CSM) application.
Built on the DIVArchive distributed architecture, any number of DIVAnalyse engines can be added to the existing or expanded DIVArchive infrastructure to provide automated, in-path content analysis functionality. Each DIVAnalyse engine can perform analysis on both SD and HD content many times faster than real time, leveraging a proprietary hardware-based accelerator board to assist in the process.
