HaiVision launches high-density encoding system

HaiVision has released a new series of compact IP video products for the encoding, management, and decoding of audio and video streams. The hai200 series can encode multiple formats including MPEG-2, AVC and Microsoft's Windows Media 9 formats.
The encoders and decoders are available within a single appliance chassis, or within a very high density, industrial 4RU chassis housing up to 21 encoders and decoders. The systems can be managed individually for point-to-point sessions or in groups for broadcast (multicast) distribution.
HaiVision supports all of its products with haiVIEW, an element and session management platform.
