Ireland's public broadcaster goes live with IBMS

RTÉ Television, Ireland’s public service broadcaster, is using Pilat Media’s Integrated Broadcast Management System (IBMS) to produce schedules for RTÉ One and RTÉ Two.
RTÉ selected Pilat Media’s IBMS for its capacity to improve long-term planning and scheduling processes and for its ability to assist with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) requirements.
IBMS replaces a number of legacy systems at the broadcaster and provides a robust, easy-to-use platform to aid in future expansion. The new system will also facilitate the addition of extra channels.
