Nativ has launched Mio, a managed service to enable broadcasters, brand owners and advertisers to distribute content across any platform. Mio provides all the tools necessary to ingest, repurpose, protect and distribute raw video assets across the entire range of distribution platforms — open and closed Internet, traditional broadcast, wireless and mobile. In an increasingly fragmented market, Mio delivers content formatted for viewing and interaction on a full range of fixed and mobile devices including televisions, PCs and Macs, mobile phones, DVD players, handheld computers, games consoles and outdoor displays.

Nativ’s Mio managed service solution addresses that complexity by providing a complete solution that incorporates modules for content ingestion, storage, archive, validation, manipulation, protection and deployment across any of the available distribution platforms and in formats suitable for large- and small-screen viewing. Mio provides the tools that enable its users to respond to the threat posed by audience fragmentation due to the proliferation of competing platforms and access devices.
