The Omneon MediaDeck GX adds graphics and audio processing to a video server.
At IBC2009, Omneon will make the European debut of its MediaDeck GX complete channel playout solution that combines video server playout, graphics and audio processing, all of which operate under the control of the user's preferred automation system.
Omneon will highlight four new MediaPort modules for its Spectrum and MediaDeck server systems that extend real-time codec support to facilitate production and playout of SD and HD content. The MediaPort 5400 Series, MediaPort 5500 Series, MediaPort 5600 Series and MediaPort 6200/6300 Series all provide codec capabilities that support implementation of streamlined and economical workflows to bring multiformat media to air.
